Turbo VTX Motorcycle

Vehicle: Honda VTX Motorcycle - Single Turbo

Story:

Mike brought his bike to us because his previous turbo had blow. While the bike was down, he decided that he wanted to go with not only a bigger turbo, but a billet wheel / ball bearing upgrade as well. While doing this it meant his previous down pipe (exhaust) was not going to fit. He also had plans to turn the boost up and wanted to add an intercooler and BOV to his current system. That is where UA came into play.

We went ahead and started by creating the downpipe for the turbo which was fairly a simple task. Not too many bends at all.

After that, we then tackled the more challenging part. fitting an intercooler on the bike so that it didnt look too out of place and still left room for the rider. This was achieved by our in house fabricator starting off with a simple core. And then molding and fabricating our very own end tanks from scratch. As well as made all mounting point too.

Needless to say it came out very nice. Mike is now taking the bike over to the dyno in which he is planning on trying to get to as close to 30psi as he can on this monster motor for a motorcycle. Should be one fun ride.
